Therapy Services

Individual Therapy-

Individual Therapy is a process through which patients work one-on-one with a trained therapist—in a safe, caring, and confidential environment—to explore their feelings, beliefs, or behaviors, work through challenging or influential memories, identify aspects of their lives that they would like to change, better understand themselves and others, set personal goals, and work toward desired change.

Family Therapy- (Couple's/Parent-Child)

Family therapy or family counseling is a form of treatment that is designed to address specific issues affecting the health and functioning of a family. The goal of family therapy is to work together to heal any mental, emotional, or psychological problems tearing your family apart; and aid family members in improving communication, solving family problems, understanding and handling special family situations, and creating a better functioning home environment

Group Therapy-

Group therapy offers participants the opportunity to interact with others with similar issues in a safe, supportive environment. Participants can try out new behaviors, role play, and engage with others in not only receiving valuable feedback and insight from other group members, but also in giving it.

Consultation-

Consulting services are a proactive approach to getting some guidance and support during a life transition or in daily living. A consultation provides a safe place to talk with a mental health professional about whatever concerns you may be experiencing regarding yourself or your loved ones. It is usually shorter-term, and can be used on an 'as needed' basis.
